Cancellations
All orders cancelled after 5 days are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Returns
- *Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
- We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.
- No goods will be accepted for return after 5 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned merchandise and have inspected it, we will credit your account within 2 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used to place the order.
